Nishiki Pueblo All Terrain Mountain Bike Review:

Nice bike, good price

I actually bought the 2011 model, but it was gone from the inventory here by time we had a chance to ride. This bike was purchased as part of a family gift (new bikes for all). This is the 1 we intended for my 13 year old who was never interested in riding a bike when he was younger so he never really mastered the art of bike riding. I can say this is a pretty tough bike as he crashed it no less than 10 times in our 1st ride. He loved it even though he wasn't good at it. It was easy for him to adjust his seat and the tires are very wide (wider than the tired on the other mountain bikes we bought) making it a bit easier to balance. We had it assembled at Dicks, a very valuable service.
I accidentally ordered this bike without using a coupon I had intended to use, so I called Dicks customer service line and was taken care of post haste and treated with great respect. The customer service rep asked me to tell her the name of the product, I said I'm sorry I can't tell you that, but I can tell you the product number and order number and went on to tell her it was to be a gift for a child who was at home. She was very understanding and took great care of me and this mistake.
I will be using Dicks in the future for bike purchases and have been telling all my friends to use Dicks.
