The Nixon The Small Lowdown Watch is a sleeker, smaller version of the Lowdown, but Nixon didn't shrink the number of features along with the size, so this timepiece is still fully loaded. Nixon pre-programmed daily tide charts for over 200 beaches worldwide until 2020 so whether your're in Portugal, South Africa or Hawaii, you'll know when to expect the next killer set.

Nixon Small Lodown Watch Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

As you can tell from a few reviews, we were having some issues with the Lodown.
When we launched this watch we wanted to use better quality materials than the current tide watches on the market. We went ahead and used a mineral crystal instead of an acrylic because the mineral is much more durable and scratch resistant. Down the road we found out that the bonding agent used to seal the face to the case was failing, this caused water to leak into the casing. We have since addressed this issue and all Lodowns now have an updated acrylic crystal guaranteed not to leak.
So get off your ass, put on your Lodown, and head out to one of the 200 pre-programmed beaches to catch some lefts....brah.

Negative Reviews:

Nice look for a tide watch but if you actually go in the water this is NOT the watch for you. Mine leaked the very first day! Sent it back, next one lasted two whole surf sessions. Sent it back, next one couldn't survive the water slide at a hotel pool. I gave up on it after that.
