Northwave created the Men's Vertigo Carbon Shoe for advanced road cyclists who crave the benefits of carbon fiber, but can't afford to chop off another limb or put the house in hock again. The ingenious solution comes in the form of a soleplate woven from both carbon and fiberglass, to reduce weight and add stiffness without sending the price skyrocketing into the stratosphere. The Vertigo Carbon holds your foot in with triple hook-and-loop straps, and keeps you hammering with heat-sinking mesh panels.

this she is only for someone with a high volume foot. tons of room in the too box. wayyy too much for me. overall quality was ok, about spot on for this price range. probably an ok shoe if you have a high volume foot and want something in this price point, but it by no means is a mind blowing deal. I have not worn mine on the bike yet and will actually be returning them. | |
