Nice and warm but falling apart
Let me start with the only negative: After about 10-15 wears, the front of this shirt has started to come apart. It's made from some sort of waffling material (feels very nice, not scratchy) and unfortunately the shirt looks like it is unraveling. I'm not sure why. This hasn't interfered with the functioning of the shirt, but makes it look trashed.
Other than that, this shirt is a very nice base layer. I've used it on a 30 mile ride in 35 degree weather with 5-10mph winds - kept me dry and warm while under a light cycling jacket and by itself. I've also used it while riding the same distance in 50 degree weather with the same result - wicked nicely while keeping me at just the right temperature. The shirt fits nicely, it doesn't show anything unsightly when I'm bent over and looks great on.

Works great!
I bought one of these shirts last spring on clearance in store and I LOVE it! I haven't worn it recently bc it's been hot but I came back to see if they offered it in black for Fall. I layered this under my LS jersey on the early spring (March/April) and layered under my SS jersey in the late spring when I needed just a little extra warmth bc of wind. It worked well either way and provided a surprising amount of warmth given it's very thin. It also was an excellent wicking layer. I wore it quite a bit and had no issues with it falling apart like another reviewer. I will def be getting another one for my fall riding. Excellent shirt and a reasonable price!

Does what it's supposed to do
I purchased three of these on three separate occasions. I've worn this base layer in temps of about 35 to 45 degrees under my jersey, rarely with a jacket, and it has kept me warm on my ~6-mile commutes. It feels more comfortable (i.e., not scratchy) than some more costly base layers.
