Nice bag but... | |

Very nice sturdy bag, but the way the straps connect to the bag at the bottom it does have a tendency to fall off if you use is as a one shoulder messenger sling strap.

AP line, well made | |

These AP bags rock. They are well made and look great. They are also very versitile. I think I am going to get them all.

Bad Design | |

The bag is nice, but the convertible-straps design is terribly flawed. Within a month of buying this bag the straps began popping off. Now they do it nearly daily. This has caused the bag to drop to the ground with my laptop in it. Now my laptop is cracked in several places. When I wrote Oakley to complain and ask for the duffel-bag strap, they said oh sorry, but we can't. Don't waste your money, your sanity, and the integrity of your laptop on this product.

Nice Versatility, Poor Design

I love all of the options this bag has. The conversion of the shoulder strap to a backpack is simple. It seems to be spacious enough to store my book/notebook/laptop plus other pens/wallet/cell phone/etc. It fits pretty comfortably on my back (i'm a taller guy) so that's a plus. The major flaw I've come across definitely is the plastic clips on the back that hold the shoulder strap to the back of the bag. They "slide" off in the middle, so you can take off the strap and store it. The problem is how much of a P.I.T.A. it is to reattach them. If that issue was fixed, I'd rate it 5 stars, but it's definitely a big enough pain that it deserves a 3.

nice product, not accurate product info.

Online description info says [shoulder strap: yes],I chatted with gear expert John M, was assured that it comes with a separate shoulder strap but it's not shown in the web's product image. Bought product, received it with no shoulder strap! Called customer service, was told to just return item. Thanks a lot!

AP Line - Good Concept but flawed design

The bag is nice. The only issue I have is that when you use it as a sling bag, the straps always fall off.
