Great Waterproof Coat for Princesses | |

| This little girls coat from Obermeyer is adorable and nicely constructed. One nice surprise when I took it out of the box was that the Obermeyer tags say it is waterproof, even though that wasn't listed in the STP description. I actually almost didn't buy this because I thought it wasn't waterproof, but I couldn't find any other coats my daughter liked. The coat is a bit on the bulky side, but that may be because Obermeyer runs a little big in their children's ski clothing. Because of the special cuffs that you can let down, this coat should fit my daughter for at least the next two winters. My daughter typically wears a size 7 in clothing, but the size 6 coat was more than adequate for her size. I'm not crazy about the sparkle fur on the collar, but my daughter LOVES it and if it starts to get matted and ugly I will just trim it off. | |

| This coat has an I-grow system which will enable you to lengthen the sleeves an extra inch and a half. I'm thinking we'll get two seasons out of this coat. The coat is adorable- my 4 year old wants to wear it all the time, it seems warm and Obermeyer has all the bases covered: easy zipper, silky lining, snug hood, a compass, and is fashionable. I agree with the earlier post about it being girly- it does have puffy sleeves. I can't think of anything I would change. | |

| Bought two jackets of different sizes for two of our grand-daughters. Both fit perfectly and seem really well made. We live in an area without great shopping and online is sometimes "if-y" in regards to size so it was wonderful to have the right size the first time. The girls LOVE them!!! | |
