| The pack fits well. Durable. Recommended. It is nice for the dog to carry some of the hiking/walking supplies like water dish, poo bags, water, and boots if you should approach a surface that could cut up a dogs pads. (I used to carry it all!) I also will pack convenient items for me like a hat or glasses so I do not have to removed my pack to just put something on quickly. China is a Boxer/Hound mix from a local Humane Society and turned out be a great fit with our family. (see picture attached.) I also use the pack to add 2-3 pounds to give her more exercise on a nightly walk. I notice she gets a more satisfied workout. China also enjoys the extra attention by people when she wears the pack on a trail. She thinks she is pretty hot with it on and has a job to do. The handle on top is comfortable to carry the pack when you load the car. It also comes in handy as luggage for the dog and she can carry her own luggage in the hotel if necessary. Hints for fit. Tighten the straps at the chest for the pack to ride up by the shoulders and then tighten around the chest. I do tighten the straps snugly for less movement. I usually re-tighten the straps after awhile during the walk, especially if you see the pack sliding side to side. Make sure to load the pack evenly with weight on each side. STP ROCKS with GREAT prices! |

| Idiot proof and so simply designed, the dog can almost don it himself... two sets of buckles and it's quite obvious what goes where. Can't remember the capacity or the weight but it seems quite durable and the Large is plenty big for my purposes. I disliked always having to use a huge pack to backpack with when I had smaller, ultra light alternatives. It's rare that I get out without my dog, so I always carried a pad and insulation (typically a puffy jkt) for him, that increased the bulk of my pack. You have enough space for probably 8 lbs of dry food in one side and room for top insulation in the other. For ground insulation/padding, I cut down a Z-rest pad for my torso and my 80lb dog can curl up on the remainder. There's plenty of space to lash that to the top, running lengthwise. I should've bought this much sooner. Out of several dog packs that I considered, this is the simplest and fit my needs the best. Another plus is it retains it's balance and shape even when partially filled. It doesn't look ridiculous like some others, that appear that you're using your dog as a pack animal on an expedition. |

Great doggy pack |

| I bought the Olly basically because it was on clearance at the online REI outlet. I have been pleasantly surprised by the pack so far. Most reviews on other packs that I've read mentioned issues about straps coming loose or the pack slipping around on the dog, my friends have the REI packs for their dogs and it seems they always have issues with the packs slipping from one side to the other, despite even balance on both pockets. I have had no problems what so ever with the Olly pack. Huge pockets to store all my hounds goods in(plus a bit of mine), I haven't seen any schaffing from the straps, even on the more grueling longer trips, and despite his awkward size the pack fits great. I have a greyhound and his big boney body and short hair is not the most gear friendly. Good stuff. |

| I'm using these packs on two of my dogs. One is 100 lbs. and the other is 90lbs.(not quite full grown, yet) Fits both dogs very well. It will also adjust for a larger dog. I love that the weight is carried mainly over the shoulders and high up on the sides of the body. I've tried others that cause a 'sway back' on my dogs since they were set so far back, plus the bags were set so low that the packs would swing back and forth under their stomachs/between front and back legs. It had annoyed them and me. This OllyDog Pack stays firmly in place while carrying all the water and dishes, etc. My dogs have no issues wearing them and are very happy being out for walks with their packs on. I haven't washed it yet, but seems like it will clean up well. |

great for giant breeds! |

| I have three giant breed dogs (st. bernards and newfoundland). They are all service dogs, but I have found that because they are not labs or goldens people often refuse entrance. Since I have started putting them in "uniform" I have not had any issues. These seem to be well made, durable and the dogs are not bothered by them. I wish the straps were padded (like a human backpack) to keep a less furry dog from chaffing, though I don't see it being a problem for us. These would also be great for those who need to tire their dog quicker, or want to have their dog schlep their stuff. My dogs love to wear their 'uniforms', espically weighted with items. Dogs love a job! |

Very easy to put on |

| I bought this for my Golden mix Cinnamon (85lbs) on the recommendation of our trainer. Cinnamon didn't even flinch the first time I put it on and doesn't seem to mind wearing it. We haven't taken any really long walks with it on, but I think she will do fine. The pockets are a good size for carrying books and easy to access with large zippers. As others have mentioned, make sure you balance the weight as the pack will shift to the side. The pack fits really well so I don't think this size would fit a larger dog. |

| She (a 70lb st bernard mix) does not seem to pleased with this purchase. But Tripper is getting use to it. She is only a 6 month old pup and it has room for her to grow. It fits well and seems major adjustments are easy. Fine fitting is a tad harder. Make sure to be equal in your packing. Seem well made and rinses off nice after a walk on a salty and sandy road. Cant wait for spring to take her hiking with it. Good purchase[...] thanks. |

Great Pack through the snow! |

| I bought this pack out of desperation. We have a large 12 month old dog (1/2 golden retriever 1/2 Saint Bernard)& very hyper! We needed to do something to help tire her out! The pack was surprisingly easy to put on (even without directions) and she didn't even try to gnaw off. I put weights in it and she still jumps through deep snow, rolls in it and just plain plays in it while snowshoeing! It has taken the abuse and still fits great! |

| This is a great product. One pouch on each side, which means you do not have to search different pocket while your dog is excited. Really easy to put on clip one around the neck like a collar then one clip around the torso, you don't have to contort the dog to get them into it. Can hold 3-5 days of pet food and water with treats and toys. Once on my Husky, he did not fuss or try and take it off. |

| Great pack. Easy to put on. I have a Bernese Mountain Dog who is around 90-100 pounds and the large pack fits great. There is still room as he grows, but the extra straps are easily pulled out of his way. He nipped at the pack for a minute and then was fine with it afterwards. The only thing you have to watch is to be sure to load both sides evenly or the pack will shift. |
