Nice and HEAVY! | |

| First of all this lock has worked very well so far because I still own my bike. The biggest downfall of this lock is that it is really heavy. So if you plan on carrying it around in your bag you may want to think about just getting cable or chain instead. Even if you're going to mount it on your bike it's big and bulky and the weight is still there just not as noticeable as being in a bag. It's also a little difficult to find a place to mount it on the bike because of its size. So I would recommend going into the store to see on if you can so you can get a better idea of what I'm saying. It's a good lock and it works but it's big and heavy. | |

Good Lock | |

| Well, I still have my bike...its either the lock or luck. I feel confident with it, I have to park my bike for work in a bad area of town and I haven't had any problems yet. Its strong, solid and reliable. My only problem with the lock is that it is heavy and bulky. There isn't enough room on my bike to mount it and still have my water cage. When I have to carry it in my bag, it really weighs it down. Otherwise its a great lock. | |

| I use it to keep my bike safe at NC State, works well so far, just a little bulky and very heavy to carry around, key light not very useful. | |

| I live in a city where bikes are stolen often, so keeping my bike safely locked is especially important. I've had no problems with the lock, it's simple and strong! | |

Not bad, somewhat unreliable. | |

| As far as keeping my bikes secure, this thing is great. A few times it has failed to open when I turn the key. I called OnGuard, didn't wait on hold at all, and the guy I talked to was really nice. He told me to hit one end with something hard. I did that and it unlocked. He said to put some WD-40 in if it ever does it again to just call and they'd replace it. | |
