I would buy this product again and again

I am not a vegetarian but the freeze-dried vegetarian spiral macaroni entree with zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, red and yellow peppers, green peas and Parmesan cheese sauce is so delicious. Add a few pieces of beef, turkey, or tofu jerky in the pouch and a little extra boiling water will make this entree even tastier and less boring for multiple days’ backpack. If you like seafood, you can add salmon or tuna from can or pouch. What you can add to this product is up to your adventurous creativity. Enjoy!

nice change

I tried this entree out on a recent 4-day canoe trip. It was a welcome change from some of the over-seasoned freeze dried meals I have had in the past. The vegetables had excellent texture and everything in the packet was cooked at the same time. Color/appearance was awesome! Very apetizing, and honestly a dish I would consider making at home, not just camping.

Favorite meal.

This is by far my favorite meal. It doesn't have any meat (not a vegetarian at all) but it tastes the best. I do not add 2 cups water, more like 1 1/2 to 1 2/3 cups. This is alaways a great price from EMS. don't bother to search elsewhere. Thanks Amherst EMS.

Not quite gourmet Italian, but...

This was really good food for a quick de-hy meal on the go. A few minutes to boil water, about 10 minutes to wait, and man what a tasty hot treat of a meal in the woods.

Staple of every camp trip

Like it so much - we take it to tournament soccer matches - beats the heck out of sandwiches / hotdogs! Boil Water - add beef jerky - wait for the goodness!
