It's all in the details | |

| I purchased this backpack to replace a daypack that was not very well designed, so this time around I was willing to spend a little more money for a pack that is more comfortable and holds a little more. This backpack has exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The frame is extremely lightweight and supportive. The straps and belt are made with this "waffle" foam that breathes nicely, and the back of the bag allows for air circulation without taking away from the storage capacity too much. In a pinch, you can store a hydration bladder in that space between the bag and your back. There are plenty of straps and bungee cords to attach things to the outside of the bag, so you could carry a fair bit on top of what you can fit inside the bag. I also like the straps that hold your hiking poles so you can have your hands free to scramble up rocks, and they have their side compression straps set up so you can cinch the bag up over the side pockets or underneath them, making it easier to put water bottles in the pockets without making it impossible to get them out! This bag has lots of details that indicate an excellent design process. My only (tiny) complaint is that I don't love the colors available. Overall, an excellent bag. | |

A really well designed pack...

| I needed a daypack that was a bit larger. My sons are able to accompany us on longer and longer hikes and I needed more space for all their stuff. I love the organization. There are three zippered compartments for putting gear as well as the front stretch flap. You can also store stuff in the airspeed compartment. I love the waistbelt. Sometimes the compartments on other packs are so small they don't really fit anything. I can fit a camera into these pockets. They are good sized. I also love the "Airspeed" back. The only thing touching your back it this taught mesh. It feels good not having a hot pack riding on your back all day. Brilliant!! The stow and go for your poles is a little goofy. It puts the poles under your arms so I am finding it just doesn't feel right to me, personal preference I guess. The pack is also very light. It truly feels like you are wearing very little. My husband took one look at the design and bought the Atmos. We are both very happy with the packs. I also have to add that I love the color I chose. Brown sugar. Great Pack!! | |

Most comfortable day pack!

| Attention to detail is the name of the game at Osprey, this pack has more features than most cars! Carry your hydration bladder in the inner pocket or hang it inside the frame, my 100oz. Omega Waterbeast fits perfectly. Stretch pockets on the sides and front are strong and spacious. Hip belt and straps are strong and well ventilated without being bulky. Fits a woman's frame well - make sure you measure yourself for a good fit, I tried on S,M,&L in the store and there was a BIG difference. Ergo-Pull hipbelt rocks - very comfortable and easy to adjust. You can't miss with this pack. | |

My most versatile pack | |

| I got this pack because I wanted something that could easily transition between a daypack and an overnighter. The Aura 35 does not disappoint. With my tent rigged on the outside straps I can easily carry enough for a day or two long trek. Although it's bigger than I need for most day hikes, the pack is light enough that I barely notice it's there when it only holds a few key items. The pocket on the hip belt is another neat detail, great for a camera or energy bars. | |

love these packs! | |

| I have the Atmos 35 (day hike) and 50 (day hike where I take lots of extra crap, or a light overnight) and my girlfriend has the 35 and 65 (overnight +). This is the lightest most comfortable pack you can buy in the price range. If you are looking for more than a day pack I would suggest a larger pack than the 35, but I have been very impressed with this series by Osprey, they really seem to have thought of everything. | |

"Perfect fit" | |

| This pack is so comfortable I hate to take it off, but unfortunately there are a few things I do in life that really don't require me to wear a backback. I bought the M/L size and I'm 5'8" 135 pounds. The 35 holds enough for a weekend trip if you pack light and it's got plenty of room for my sleeping bag, etc. Lots of pockets and really good support. Very breathable fabric. | |

Quality product for a reasonable price

| Osprey is my pack of choice for several reasons: Osprey packs fit the best of all the packs I have owned. The adjustability of the waist belt and shoulder straps give a custom fit no matter what shape you have. This in turn allows for more weight with more comfort. If you want a pack that you will use Osprey is your choice. | |

| This is a fabulous bag for weekend backpacking trips. Can fit all your essentials, with just enough room left over to squeeze in some goodies. The breathability on your back feels amazing and the pack is so freakin cute that it's guaranteed to turn heads on the trail! | |

Okay for a Daypack | |

| This pack is probably good for day trips but I wouldn't recommend it for anything longer. The straps don't have much padding and therefore the straps cut into your collar bones. I returned this pack for the larger and very comfortable osprey kestral 48 and love it! | |
