The Outdoor Research Essence T-Shirt fits great & is really comfortable...no itch from the Merino wool at all! I usually wear a Small in tops: I got the Small here & it fits perfectly. This shirt is super lightweight. I really like that is has a UPF 30+ rating which is becoming more & more important as I get older.
