The anti-theft MetroSafe 300 by Pacsafe is a spacious shoulder bag or backpack with a fully padded compartment designed for protecting your 13 inch laptop computer. The MetroSafe 300 has lockable zippers and a built in combination lock that allows the bag to lock closed and be locked around secure fixtures.
Just the thought of someone stealing your laptop while you're traveling is enough to raise your blood pressure. Luckily, a slash-proof shoulder strap, lockable zippers, and mesh slashguard panels on Pacsafe's MetroSafe 300 Shoulder Bag keep your laptop and other essentials safe. The fully-padded laptop sleeve fits most 13-inch laptops, and the front organizer pocket has two padded pockets for your cell phone, digital camera, or music player. Use the built-in combination lock to secure the shoulder strap around a chair-leg on the metro or to lock the bag closed. A removable backpack harness gives you the option to carry the MetroSafe on your back during longer commutes, and tamperproof zippers on the inside connect to clips for added protection.

Great camera bag | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
I have had my MetroSafe 300 for about a year and a half, and it is a great bag. Rather than a laptop bag, I use it for my digital SLR camera bag. It holds a body, 3 small/med lenses, and accessories. I bought it before a South America trip for a little peace of mind because of its theft deterrence features and the fact that it does not look like a camera bag. It is really nice to be able to lock it closed when in crowded areas or lock it to something in the hotel room. If someone really wanted to get in, they could, but it at least slows them down. Overall, it is well made and comfortable. I would highly recommend one.

ANOTHER GREAT PACSAFE PRODUCT!!!
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Quality construction; excellent materials. The Metrosafe 300 bag is definitely a keeper!! Lots of room; lots of storage slots; great for carrying books, magazines, etc., when you're traveling. It may replace my travel tote. I don't know how long PACSAFE has been in existence, but hope it's around for a very long time!! | |

| "I originally purchased this bag for a trip to Europe with 2 teenage grandchildren in the spring. I want worry-free security for my laptop and other valuables. In the meantime, I use the bag to carry my laptop when traveling by public transportation. It handles well as a shoulder bag when standing on the subway. It is also handy worn as a backpack when carrying bags on shopping trips. It is streamline and a little stiff due to the slash-proof metal mesh in the walls. It has enough room for me to pack the contents of a medium size purse, which is all I really need. One of the two pockets in the front zippered compartment is too small to hold my Blackberry Curve cell phone or my digital camera. I use it to hold my earphones. The larger pocket can hold either the phone or the camera. I would have preferred one pocket for each. However, if you want a compact convertible style, slash proof bag suitable for carrying a laptop up to 12 inches, you will probably like this bag." | |

| "The bag is well-made and not heavy considering that a combination lock is attached. The shoulder strap has a thick, removable pad for comfort. The bag looks sleek on your shoulder or as a backpack and I love the versatility. The backstraps are sturdy but fit nicely into the back zippered pocket. The side pockets have a snap and are narrow but do fit a water bottle and are secure for a cell phone. Attractive chocolate color. Would like to get a Pacsafe purse. This backpack is perfect for travel, amusement parks, crowded malls and more." | |

| "I use the bag for work and also on a most recent trip. I was never worried that it would get stolen. I was able to safely attach it inside the tour bus or at restaurants. The many compartments are well placed, the material is durable and the size is good. I had originally ordered the smaller size, which was way too small. The picture is quite misleading." | |
