| I made an impulsive purchase the week before moving to Asia for 3 months. I wasn't sure about the exact activities that I would be involved in but needed something that would be great for anything, ( whitewater kayaking in cold water, tropical sea kayaking, rafting in Bali, Rock climbing in hong Kong and mountain climbing in Kijang, China) and dry quickly. Also a piece that I would get a ton of use out of when I return to Utah snowcountry for my winter work in December! This is the perfect fit and I just finished a day of sea kayaking in Hong Kong today and it kept the sun off all day! Love It. Looking forward to corn skiing in it this spring. | |

I love this shirt. Wore it over a thin UnderArmour T-shirt for a week-long canyon backpacking trip in Utah and found it the most comfortable and easy-to-layer long sleeve I've ever had. Moves well with me through hiking, climbing, running, frisbee, biking, and right now just bumming around getting ready for bed. I got the XS after trying on different sizes because it fit better, though I usually wear a small (4-6) in other shirts. Longer in the back so less peek-age, and I chose the v-neck because it's easier to get on and less constricting than the regular crewneck. Did I mention I love it? Love it. I'm here for more colors that I can't find in stores. | |

| I did several Treks this year and have used this shirt to sleep along with the pants that go with it. They are very light weight and take up no extra room in my pack I just put them in with my sleeping bag. They are soft and great to sleep in give you that extra warmth you need on the cold nights in the mountains. Also works well on the freezing days to put on under my hiking clothes. I get very warm so do not where to often for that. I love them so much i am getting the purple color this year. | |

| Terrific hot flash wear. I got this to wear as a pajama top and it's terrific for night sweats -- great wicking action. They're so comfortable I'm wearing them during the day as a casual top and for workouts at the gym. Even the white is opaque enough to wear by itself without show through. I'm a petite and find that the capilene 2 basket weave is easy to shorten on my home sewing machine (capilene 1 tends to pucker given my seamstress skills). Also I haven't had pilling problems with any of the patagonia products. | |

This piece can be worn as a base layer or as a cover up on chilly spring and fall days. I throw it on when I'm cold indoors as well. I keep it stashed in my bookbag while at work and put it on as a coverup while at the beach. it has become an staple in my wardrobe. HIGHLY recommend it. It true to size and the V-neck is so slight that I'd consider it a fun twist on a crew neck. | |

Fits well in the bust/shoulders/arms but could use a little extra fabric along the bottom. I noticed in the web special area, another woman with more of an athletic build but narrow shoulders did not like the fit. Similar to another reviewer, I love the length. I like the contrasting colors - the cuts are flattering in case you want to wear this as an outer layer while hiking. | |

| Even after a few washings, I cannot stand to wear the scratchy fabric. The seam at the v-neck collar is especially rough and absolutely drives me insane. Very disappointed because I just love the Capilene 1 and 3 fabric. Huge waste of money and huge disappointment. | |
