The shell and lining are made with 100% all-recycled polyester. Other features: quilted side panels to add feminine shaping, a drawcord hem, two invisible zippered handwarmer pockets and two internal pockets (one zippered, one drop-in). Articulated elbows. Zip up the Patagonia Women’s Micro Puff Jacket whether you’re touring the backcountry or ice climbing. This versatile Patagonia jacket can be worn alone or as a layer when the mercury really drops. Patagonia treated both the recycled polyester shell and lining with Deluge DWR for maximum, long-lasting water repellency. Weighing in at just 15oz, the Patagonia Micro Puff Jacket keeps you warm without the bulk and compresses easily into its own stuff sack. Pull up the DWR-coated front zipper that blocks the wind thanks to a non-snag windflap standing guard. Quilted Climashield insulation prevents clumping and separation while the quilted side panels provide a more feminine cut. *Stuff sack included.

Water and wind resistant jacket with high-loft insulation that stays warm when wet; made with recycled content
The Patagonia Micro Puff jacket is a go-anywhere ultralight insulated jacket for hiking, backpacking and everyday wear.

This time-tested insulator packs up small when it’s time to move and fluffs up big when a chill sweeps over your body. The recycled polyester shell resists snow and light rain, and the jacket is fully recyclable through the Common Threads program.

Wears like a warm sweater. Functional and cute.

| I've been wanting this jacket since wearing my husbands micropuff. My priority in a jacket is comfort, fit, warmth, weight, style and quality at a "fair" price. This jacket is all of these things except the ASKING price. I gave it four stars because of the $180 retail price which I did not pay. I got it on sale here at Altrec for less than half that. So for me it is the perfect jacket at the price I paid Also my husbands micropuff was constructed of different materials with primaloft insulation. I don't know that the "recycled" materials in this jacket are going to hold up as well as his did. I'm a bit skeptical. Only time and wear will tell. All in all I truly LOVE this jacket and would highly recommend it at a fair asking price or if it's on sale. | |

| I was nervous to get any synthetic insulation that wasn't PrimaLoft, however I was proven wrong and this jacket is proof. Climashield is just as good as Primaloft in my opinion. The day I got this coat I went on a boat tour in Juneau, Alaska. We went through windy fjords and up close to glaciers and icebergs. This coat was a great convinence for the weather. The sun was shining and the cold wind was blowing. I was neither hot or cold i was just right! Patagonia does no wrong... | |

Superb warm and lightweight windproof synthetic jacket

| This Micropuff jacket is superb: very warm despite its lightweight. The fabric feels soft against skin, and protects against wind and light rain. It cuts feminine too. I've been a fan of Patagonia Micropuff product lines. Know many family members and friends who are very satisfied with them. Top notch products. It is only the outer fabric is not meant to be brushed against abrasive objects such as rocks when you are having outdoor activities. Apart from that, it looks nice: both in the field and in town, or at home | |

White puffball is not really white!
| Rating: | ![]() |
Nothing beats patagonia's micro puff line for warmth and compactability. I was interested in this jacket because it didn't have a hood and because the white sounded uber chic. However, it is not really white. As with many of the lighter colored micro puff jackets, it has a fine checkerboard pattern which is in a teal green so the jacket actually has a light green cast to it...not at all flattering for my skin tone. If it was pure white, I'd have loved it. Wish they'd lose that checkerboard pattern!

I already had a MicroPuff Vest and it was stellar. I was looking for something exactly the same with sleeves, and this is it. It is extremely warm without the bulk of down, and when it gets to hot it seems to wick better than down. Paired with a Patagonia hard shell there is nothing else to have - Patagonia seems to have perfected minimum weight for maximum warm. My only fear is that I will wear it too much and my other jackets will be jealous!

best jacket ever! | |

| i love this jacket. i got it in white, which does not lend it's self to easy cleaning. although, with this jacket it does! i wash and dry it once a week, it's perfect on a cold morning on my way to the pool, or a cool san francisco day walking the dogs! it is too hot to exercise in so don't think of doing that in it! ;) great all around warmth and ease! | |

A good light coat. | |

| Purchased for my mother-in-law to wear in the brutal Korean winters. Was worried that it might not be enough because of how light it was but she is very happy with it. She has to layer down a bit but says that it holds heat very well. Wear is a size small so would order 1 size up from what you would normally order. | |

| I was hesitant about the cranapple color but it definitely turned out to be a power color. Best thing about this jacket is that it's cozy warm even with a t-shirt underneath and living up at 9000 ft with harsh winters it's a major plus. Also it looks hot and won't mult everywhere like a previous down i've had. I highly recommend this jacket. | |

Dolomite must have | |

| I wore this jacket when I was leading on long routes in the Dolomites this fall. The temps were in the 40's - a bit cold for rock climbing, but I was there. The Micro-puff is warm, wind resistant, and compressible. Since it is synthetic, it is a better option than down when it may rain. | |

Perfect for a San Francisco summer
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Good fit, though not meant to be snuggy/sexy/cute. But it's practical and inoffensive. The one annoyance is that the collar seems to not be long enough to lie down when unzipped, but when the jacket is zipped up all the way, the collar keeps hitting my chin. That hasn't happened before with other Patagonia jackets. | |

awkward fit | |

| Maybe the one I got had a defect, but the arms and shoulders were huge, and the waist was really small. It looked very strange. I'm returning it, so I can't speak to other characteristics. | |

Disappointed in fit. | |

| It's warm and a nice color ( winter sky ) however, it is not fitted. There is no shape at the waist and it makes me feel sloppy. I am 5'4" and weigh 119lbs. | |
