Love these shoes | |

| I've had mine for almost a year now. Wore them all over eastern europe travelling, and they've kicked it all up and down the west coast. Even made a few appearances in Mammoth and Alaska in winter. They're not so waterproof but they get great traction in the snow :). They look great and wear like slippers with good foot support. The only downsides I have come up with are the sole is a little sticky for a dance floor, and the cork footbed is so beefy that my full length orthotic doesn't work in the shoe in place of the footbed. (only shoe I've ever encountered that has this problem) not an issue as it turns out as even 5-10 miles of walking and feet feel great with standard footbeds. I get compliments on these shoes nearly every time I'm out. They're my go to in town shoe, and have held up to a lot of abuse. | |

| These are a great looking pair of shoes. True to the Patagonia style and feel, they are pretty low to ground with pretty flat feel, which is exactly what I was looking for. It\'s all hemp on top so I was a bit concerned about maintenance, but they\'ve faired well so far. I think they will do better with the addition of a spray on waterproofing agent, but they\'re doing well without that. I\'ve used them for walking around quite a bit without any complaints. They are warmer than expected, which is actually a plus in the colder climates. We\'ll just have to see how they behave in somewhat wetter conditions, but I probably will not be wearing them during rain or snow storms anyways. | |

Best in Class. | |

| I love the base camp style of outdoor shoe. I usually wear them after day hikes or around the city. My previous pairs of Merrells were comfortable but fell apart after a few months. I have not had the same issue with theses. Additionally the Gallo has more support which is good for my 250lb frame... helps my knees and ankles better than most. I would recommend you try on the shoes before purchasing as they did run a little big for me (12.5 vs 13). But highly recommend for a good post hike/ cafe/ bumming in town/ neighborhood bar type of shoe. | |

Very cool shoe | |

| The shoe has a very low profile look that has a kind of subtle coolness to it. Great shoes to throw on with jeans. No shoelaces for easy on and off and the foot bed of the shoe is the best part IMO, it soft and absorbs any excess sweat. The only downside would be the soles have a slight squeaking sound when walking on waxed floors. This is apparent in most of Patagonia shoes that utilize this material for the sole. | |

Your feet's new friend | |

| These have a very unique look and get a lot of "what are those" remarks. The insole is great and keeps my feet dry and stink free. The sole looks like it will last and isn't slippery at all. My only gripe is the trim around the ankle opening is a little rough and takes a few day-long journeys before it is broken in. Overall, I dig 'em and wear them daily. | |

| Took them for a spin around the neighborhood and two people smiled and spoke to me. I think it was the shoes (the only two I came across... 100%). Very comfortable, good looking, and very well made. Patagonia is a company I want to support for their dedication to sustainability. Love them. Just ordered a pair of Gallo lace ups. | |

Great Moc | |

| I have had the Olulu for a about a month now, and I really like it. The shoes are comfortable, seem to be durable, and they fit well. The only negative I would give them is they do not have ventilation at all, so my feet will heat up and the sweat does not evaporate. | |
