Patagonia 3-in-1 Snowbelle Jacket -

The Patagonia Women's 3-in-1 Snowbelle Jacket is a two layer system that allows you to wear just the right amount of jacket for the conditions. The outer shell utilizes H2No® Performance Standard 2-layer material to completely block the wind and rain/snow and internal mesh for improved wicking and next-to-skin comfort. The insulating layer is comprised of Thermogreen® synthetic insulation in chevron baffles and will keep you nice and toasty around the lodge, around town or out on the slopes while zipped into the shell. Pit-zips, powder skirt, RECCO® avalanche rescue reflector, helmet-compatible hood.... so many features I could turn this description into a novella. But I won't. All you need to know is that, with the Snowbelle jacket, you'll ski happily ever after.

Perfect, 9.75 out of 10

I bought the Tres parka last year and love it. The Snowbelle 3-in-1 replaces a 13 year old multipurpose jacket that I've been trying to replace for 5 years. I only ski occasionally, but I bicycle around the city, and am outdoors a lot, so for visibility I chose the tomato color. The long sleeves and action armhole cut are great, and the velcro cuffs seal in the warmth. The synthetic liner is not quite as warm as the Tres' down, but is fine, and sometimes, like in recent -12°C weather, I add a heavy sweater or fleece. With the liner zipped out, and the pit zip option, it's great for mild weather too. The one thing that would make it perfect is fleece-lined pockets, which feel good when you need to remove gloves.

A+ for the Snowbelle line

I stayed very warm in this all last season and it is slim fitting (I am 5'4, 106 lbs). I have the black from last season with the gray jacket and I love it, considering getting the Ikat Purple so I can mix and match my outfits. The shell is just perfect for those 40 degree bluebird days, the vents make it even better. I would recommend the whole Snowbelle line if you're looking for a feminine ski outfit.
