Patagonia Women's Synchilla Vest

I received this for my birthday about 2 years ago. I live in SC so it never gets extremely cold. I find it very useful just to wear with a long sleeve shirt in the fall and underneath another jacket in the winter. The pockets are actually my favorite part. They keep my hands warm when I don't have gloves and they aren't that obvious when they are filled with a cell phone, keys, gum, and whatever else people put in their vests pockets. Overall, it is a good vest. It does let some air in whenever the cold winter air is blowing so if you are planning on wearing this while hiking up a windy, snow covered mountain. I would not recommened this vest.

I had long quested a vest in an extra-small. I wear vests as a jacket in the balmy Southeast and as a mid-layer when skiing the Rockies. Unfortunately, I had a hard time finding a vest that had a feminine cut to fit under my tailored ski jacket. Then one day, the winter gods sent me the Synchilla. It is a banging little vest, at once a sleathy mid-layer while also a sweet, "hey I'm a girl under here" spry vest about town. This vest wears beautifully and ages well. Wash. Dry. Ski. Party. It all works with the Synchilla vest. And, yes, it is real Synchilla. Protesters be damned. :)

I bought this vest for fall and spring and it was well worth it. It's totally stylish and adds the perfect amount of warmth.I walk my dog every morning in it. It's great quality. I expect it will last forever. It's also light enough to go for a jog in. I feel like I don't even have a sweater on but it keeps me warm. The pockets are also big enough to where you can keep your keys and phone and not have to worry about a purse. I definitely suggest purchasing it. For women who are looking for comfort yet something nice looking, it's a must!!!

This is a wonderful vest. The arm holes are cut just right--not too big, not too small. The weight is perfect for chilly houses, for cool days with Capeline 3 underneath and for cold weather layering it underneath a jacket. It washes well, retaining its shape and brand new look. The pockets are placed well and big enough to be useful. This is a solid value for the money. you won't regret buying.

I absolutely love this vest. My mom bought it for me as a good luck gift before exams last fall and I literally wore this thing once a week. It's perfect because it's light weight and allows your arms to breathe. I pair it with a long sleeve tshirt and I'm good to go. I get tons of compliments and many of friends have since purchased their own. Two thumbs up!

I love this vest...it was perfect...I needed a warm layer to play golf in 30/40 degree temps...I wore this nice toasty comfy stylish vest underneath my jacket... perfect layer..no restrictions in my golf swing...so warm I took my jacket off and I was warm enough... buy it, you will wear it a lot!!AliP.S. Why would anyone play golf in 30/40 degree temps? State Finals in Michigan :)

Comfy good standby item to throw on for added warmth without a lot of bulk. Order up if at all in doubt. In my opinion also runs a bit short on overall length. I am 5'1", 115 lbs, 34 chest and normally get small in jackets but returning for medium.

I got this vest about a year ago (the style hasn't changed since then) and I absolutely love it. It is warm, comfortable, not too heavy, and I get tons of compliments on it even though it's just a plain fleece vest. Great buy!

I love this vest! It is the perfect weight and the fit is very flattering. I wear it under my coat when it is cold outside, I wear it with my jeans and I even wear it over my pajamas!

I GOT THIS FOR MY WIFE,BECAUSE SHE WAS ALWAYS COLD AT THE HIGH SCHOOL WERE SHE WORKS. NOT ONLY DOES IT KEEP HER WARM BUT SHE LOOKS GREAT IN IT.
