Excellent boat | |

| I am a professional outdoor educator and I have used a lot of kayaks at the camps I've worked at. I think 10' is an ideal length because it is easy to turn and still efficient enough to make some tracks (or should I say some wakes). I bought this boat almost a year ago and I have spent many days and nights paddling it through the salt marshes of Georgia and Lake George in New York. I have taken it through 4-5 foot waves without a spray skirt and even though I got my pants a little wet, the boat only took on a few cups of water. I still haven't flipped it. It takes some balance to get into it from a dock, but once you get used to it, it's as easy as riding a bike. You can forget what the other guy said about it being unstable. This is not a canoe, and if you are expecting to be able to stand up in it then you will be disappointed. The tracking is as good pretty good considering this is a 10 foot boat. If you want better tracking and better efficiency, get a longer boat. Of course, the longer your boat, the longer it takes to turn it around. Get a good paddle and a PFD that won't get pushed up by the seat (I use a Patagonia Mesh Back) and you'll enjoy this kayak a lot! | |

Has been great | |

| Has been a good kayak for years now, the only problems I have had was a missing screw on the foot pegs, which is because the hole didn't match up to the actual peg, I just plugged that hole and it works fine. Also the storage area isn't water tight, but I don't put anything in there that I wouldn't want to get wet, so no problem. It is fun and durable-been down many rivers hit a lot of rocks and it still performs fine. | |

FUN, FUN, FUN | |

| This boat is so easy to launch and pull out, I find myself using it more than my fancy fishing kayak. A little toe curling in big waves but great in currents and light wind. | |

Not stable at all | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Hard to control and wobbly in the water. My wife and kids both tipped it several times. It tracks terrible you have to work to keep it going straight. We took this Yak on a lake that was calm and had these troubles I wouldn't dare think of trying it in any moving water. | |

Not Stable | |

| Not worth the cost. Not stable in even the mildest of lake currents. Easily tipped. Does not track straight. | |
