| Bought for daily use - looked cozy & durable. I take my dog on long hikes in the desert. It looked like it would be comfortable and strong and gave her that "rough and ready" trail dog look but with a soft side. Within a week, I'd find the collar was too tight. I'd adjust it. In a short time, it was way too tight. I adjusted it all the way out (too loose). Within hours it was so tight it was nearly choking her. I can only assume that her movements (scratching, rolling, etc) are "adjusting" it. I consider it to be a choking hazard. (She was also able to pull out of it on another occasion...) Nice idea, but I guess the soft material doesn't grip well enough to hold a setting. | |

wonderfully soft but weak buckle | |

| I bought this for my dog b/c she has a large scar on her neck. It's very soft (perfect) but the buckle unclasps too easily, particularly when she's roughhousing with other dogs or pulls too hard. I still use it but I don't recommend it if your dog pulls on the leash. I might return it and try another one -- maybe this one's defective. | |
