If you've passed the point of casual exerciser and need a tool to help you succeed during your workouts, strap on the Polar F55 Heart Rate Monitor. It guides you through weight lifting sessions, predicts your VO2 max, and won't be affected by fellow exerciser's monitors. Head to the gym for a strength training session, and the F55 Heart Rate Monitor tells you what to do, count of sets, repetitions, and weight recommendations. Have a Zen moment while the F55 measures your body's relaxation level with the OwnRelax function. The Polar's Keeps U Fit function keeps you on track as it tells you how often, how long, and how hard you need to work to meet your fitness goals.

I never knew how much I would use this thing until I got it. I had another more bulky and expensive one, but I never seemed to use it so I got rid of it. Maybe it was my coach telling me I needed one that made me get this one, but I am glad I did. I am more motivated and maybe a little geeky about tracking my progress both running and on the bike. It works great, easy to program. | |
