| I have been using this workout bench for about a month and a half now. Playing for a football team, i work out 4 times week with teh team. but i was looking for an extra boost, an extra something to help me get ahead and get stronger than teh rest of my teammates. This bench has certainly delivered. I have noticed that my muscles are getting bigger, i am getting stronger, i have better muscular endurance, and my agility is far better than before. Because this bench can be folded up easily, i am able to keep it in my own bedroom. because i finally have a bench and weight set of my own, i am now working out at least 14 times a week, rather than the mere 4 times i do with the team. this bench could not get any better. Though i have one complaint... it isnt as strdy as i would like, but it poses no problem of any signifagance. it is more than sturdy enough for any purposes that i will ever need. | |

Not Happy | |

| The website makes this product look to be black, grey, and yellowjacket yellow. Yet, the yellow is not yellow at all it's an olive color. Olive does not make anyone want to work out. It's nauseating. Also, I found a broken part after I had the whole thing half way unpacked. [...]. | |

| [...]After I assembled this bench, I noticed that some of the welds on the bench parts were welded wrong. It is unstable "feels like you are going to fall over" the curl bar dosent give you full range of motion at any setting. | |

Very Unstable | |

| Very unstable. A poor design seems to make this bench feel unstable during most exercises. You get what you pay for. | |
