Absolutely unacceptable...I woke up this morning and found the Mode button gone! It somehow came off while I was wearing the watch, without me even knowing or noticing. The chrono features are useless now. Frustrated I look all around my house, in bed, between couch pillows, under furniture, everywhere. Lo and behold it was on the floor near my desk. So I re-inserted it and pressed it to change modes. The mode changed, then changed again without any pressing. Then I pressed it again and nothing. Now it has a mind of its own, unpredictably changing rapidly or not at all. I purchased this watch a week ago. The color and and design are cool and eye catching. It has all the functionality you'd want in a chronograph. But apparently the durability is nonexistent under even the most gentle conditions and very normal use. Absolutely unacceptable quality for such a good looking watch. If I could give 0 Stars I would. This is such an annoying waste of my time.
