Its mid-cut design provides improved stability and support. Inside, you'll find the Ortholite dual-density antimicrobial footbed with ETC top cover. Ortholite with ETC gives exceptional comfort and feel underfoot while the top cover helps reduce friction and heat buildup. Bi-Fit innersole board offers optimal balance of rigidity in arch and flexibility in forefoot. The seven-stud replaceable .5" Mortrac FGT cleats and Hardlink arch stability give traction and enhanced performance on natural and synthetic grass. Comes with set of 1/2" poly cleats and wrench. How to do the U-Form Custom Fit process: Heat your shoes in the oven at 200-degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes. Take them out, put them on your feet and lace them tight. This forms the shoe to the shape of your foot. To ensure proper and lasting fit, sit down, relax and let the shoe form to the shape of your foot for eight minutes. Once the shoe has cooled, it will retain the shape of your foot, providing a perfect custom fit.
