Great buy! | |

| I own one pair currently and will be purchasing another. I am also going to try the thicker hiker because my feet still get cold sometimes. I have worn these on an easy snowshoe trip and they were great. I also have a couple of pairs of smartwool hikers and I really like the fit of the REI socks better. I feel that the Smartwools have extra material at the toe which bunches and the REI socks fit better in the toe but also the arch. Plus the REI socks are less expensive. | |

Great sock for winter | |

| I bought these to wear in my house during winter. They are very cushy, but stretch out after 2 days of wear (I wear them inside my slippers, or as a slipper-alternative). They do start to pill after one wash, but the shape comes back, and the cushy-ness stays too. They are a bit bulky for athletic shoes, but work great in snowboots. I got the maroon ones, and they are true maroon, not as pink as in the picture online. | |

Softer than Smart Wool Socks

| I have always purchased Smart Wool socks, but recently purchased the REI socks instead to try out. The REI socks are much softer and I even think warmer. I wear these socks everyday to work to keep my feet warm. | |

| I love these socks. I wear them hiking and I also wear them around the house to keep my feet warm. They are so comfortable and make my feet feel like there are on pillows! | |

Not something I would buy again

| I had these socks for 2 weeks and it already has a hole in them. Also, I noticed that they are wearing out where my hiking boots hit them. | |
