Great Summer/Winter Jacket
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I had the old one just before this one. They fixed all my minor issuse with it in this one. My old one the velco delaminated - the new ones can't. The hood it is a better shape, the cuffs a a wee bit longer so no more breezes up the wrists in the winter. Used it in torential rains, x-country skiing, hiking, does not stuff small but is light. Ice climbed, hiked, skied, boated, rafted, biked, ziplinned... it's a great all around jacket. Prefect jacket in Alaska, Seattle, & Hawaii. It was not warm when it got down to -18 last winter with only 1 mid layer...but then I did not expect it to be - was suprised that it was even wareable without freezing under those condisions. I think its the windproofness. In the winter must keep the pockets zipped when trying to stay warm - but they are a great way to let more air in when your 2 warm. Not AS stylish as Acr'Teryx.- no other possable complaints. It is of course 1/2 the price at least. | |

Love this jacket | |

| Great jacket for wet weather. I wanted a rain coat that was simple, fit well and didn't have the plastic feel and sound to it. The material has a nice feel and subtle pattern to it (I have the black one). It is warmer than you'd expect for a raincoat, and the vents are handy if you start feeling too warm. It'd be nice if the hood detached, but then being a rain coat it makes sense it doesn't. One minor complaint is the hood visor needs to be tucked when not in use, or it sticks out and hits the back of your head when the hood is down. Maybe it'll relax more once I have used it longer. Love this jacket though! Glad to have found it on sale. | |

Best Light Jacket | |

| This a fantastic and versatile jacket. I bought it when I lived in Montana and it was great for the summer and the fall. Now I live in hot, humid Texas and it's great in the rain, even when it's really hot. The fabric is very breathable as well. And it's really cute! It's great outside and perfect for casual wear as well. | |

Pocket vs. Vent Placement Confusion
| Rating: | ![]() |
| Major nuisance is that the pockets and vents around the side waist are the same length as each other and the same angle. I often unzip a side vent to slide in my cell phone, thinking it's a pocket, and end up dropping the phone to the ground! | |
