Glad we bought two of them

| My wife and I have tried a number of lightweight stools & camp chairs, looking for something that we would be willing to carry strapped to a daypack for half-day or longer birding hikes and which would be comfortable for 30-40 minute sits. This is the only stool or chair we found that is very lightweight, stable, comfortable, and collapses to a length that is easy to strap to a daypack. We forget we're carrying them, and we are very happy to use them when the need arises. Our only complaint is very minor, and deals with the storage bag. Probably to make it more fashionable, it is sewn together from 3 pieces of fabric. When sliding the stool into the bag, the legs ALWAYS get caught on the folded-over seams that join the 3 pieces of fabric. This makes it difficult to slide the stool into the bag while the bag is still attached to a daypack. Fashion interferes with function, in the case of the bag. But the stool is great! | |

Sweet seat. | |

| I have had this stool for a little while now and I really love it. It weighs practically nothing and is plenty strong. When your choices are cold wet ground, bumpy logs, and uncomfortable rocks, this stool is a life saver. After a long day on the trail it was nice to be able to take a proper seat and rest my heals. If you pack it without the bag it weighs under a pound. Well worth the weight for the convenience. Study, small, light weight, comfortable and easy to use, this stool at this price is a terrific deal. | |

Stops the Kid Whining Standing in Line

| Brought this stool to Hong Kong's Disneyland. It was easy to tuck it in my Osprey pack's open side water bottle pocket and secure it with the compression strap. It came in handy several times while waiting in long lines before my 8-year old could whine about getting tired from standing. You should see the envy in the other parents' faces and their thought bubbles likely read: "I should've thought of that!" I wouldn't go traveling without this stool - you can sit down anytime. Great value for money. | |

| This was the chair to HAVE at the camp site. super light weight to pack in and super quick dry time if it got wet. I love this chair - everyone was eyeing it by the middle of the trip. Its so light weight you dont even realize you've packed it. would HIGHLY reco to anyone... you want a place to sit, dont make it that wet log. This chair to too comfy and too light weight to pass up. | |

I love this stool | |

| I love using this stool when I go on short distance backpacking trips. Way more comfortable than using a rock or a log! Every time I am out and we set up camp, I bust out this little stool to sit around the fire or cook and people are always wishing they had one. I take it on pretty much every camping trip I do now and have never regretted this purchase. | |

100% Logical | |

| I use this when I disc golf: when i'm waiting for a slower group in front of me, to set my bag down, to sit down and relax. while camping i can store this through a strap. Obviously not the most comfortable seat, but its [$] for a portable seat that i use more than i ever thought i would!!!!!!!!!!! | |

Very lightweight, very sturdy.

| If you use it for a solid 2 hours, your rear end will most likely get sore. I still think it's worth it though because it is SO light and compact that honestly nothing can compare. I haven't used it enough to try out this idea, but I bet bringing a small pillow along will eliminate the long-term discomfort. | |

Lightweight and Comfortable!

| I wasn't convinced from the picture that this stool would be comfortable, but I was very pleasantly surprised! It was really comfy, even for my far-from-petite frame. And it was perfect to strap to my pack and so easy to set up. Unfasten the Velcro strap, twist, and sit! | |

Small, light and comfy | |

| This chair fits just fine on the outside of my pack. It adds a little more weight to my pack but its well worth the haul to kick back and relax on a comfy stool then a hard log. | |

Great Backpacking Stool

| I'm 50 now and sitting on the ground is no longer an option. This stool is light weight and easy to use and quite strong. Ditch the carry strap and bag and it's about 1 lb. | |
