| This is the second pair of defective Rockports I\'ve received in a couple of weeks. The shoes are good-looking and fit well, but there is a hard piece of rubber under the ball of my right foot. I\'m not sure if Rockport\'s quality is fleeting or if this is just a coincidence, but I\'ve decided to purchase another brand. Zappos customer service rocks! | |
