| These guys are phenomenal. I was a little timid when I requested to send a pair of shoes back for a different size. They're totally prepared for that. Even send you a free address label, then ships the new order free. I worked in retail for 42 years, and we, nor anyone else I know of, could offer this unbelievable service. They'll give you all kinds of time to send the shoes back; all they ask is that they have no demonstrated wear in original packaging. They'll even give your money back if shoes are undamaged, no questions asked. Why more people don't order their shoes from them is totally beyond me. Greatest find I ever made on internet. |

| I recently bought a men's Rockport shoe from Zappos. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, they had shipped a ladies shoe of the same type. The Zappos team could not have been better in rectifying the error. They even upgraded me to a preferred customer rating, even though that was my first order with them. I received the proper order overnight and was able to return the first incorrect order without problem. For the shoe itself, I can heartily recommend the Rockport World Tour Classic. It may well be the most popular shoe that Rockport has ever made. I personally am on my fourth pair at least. I can also recommend buying this shoe through Zappos! |

| Great shoes. These were exactly true to size; no need to order half size larger. Regarding comfort, on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being a slipper, I give these a 6, which is very good. I also ordered New Balance MW927 walking shoes at the same time and the NBs would be a 7.5. So I'd go with the NBs if the goal is strictly a walking shoe and the Rocks if you want a shoe that can also pass for a dress shoe, such as when traveling. The NBs look too much like sneakers, even in black, to fit the dual role. (I kept both pairs, by the way.) |

| My husband is impossible to please. He needs a wide fit and would rather wear slippers or no shoes at all than put his feet into an uncomfortable pair of shoes. We ordered and returned countless styles and finally came across these Rockports. He has been wearing them almost every day for around two weeks now and has not uttered one complaint. They are keepers! If Zappos did not provide free shipping both ways we would never have attempted to buy shoes by mail order. |

| I\'m very hard on shoes but my first pair of these lasted about 4 years even though I wear them during every dirty job I do from mowing the lawn to house remodeling work which has been constant the past few years. Just bought a new pair because the first pair were getting pretty ragged looking after a couple of months of complete abuse from installing a hardwood floor. These Rockports look good and are very comfortable on my size 14 feet. |

| I bought this shoe for my 9 year old son to wear with his uniform at a private school. He needed an all black shoe and I chose this Rockport because I thought it would offer more support than a tennis shoe for his wide foot. He reports that the shoe is very comfortable for a fifth grade boy. They also seem sturdy and long lasting. I liked not having to run to the mall. Thanks, Zappos! |

| I'm very happy with this shoe overall. The extra wide width gives me excellent comfort. The shoe came with an insole that had cushioning that was a little thin for me, but they are removable. I receive reflexology treatments regularly for foot pain and my reflexologist recommended insoles without stiff arch supports (such as SuperFeet). Following her advice, I purchased Sorbothane SorboAir insoles from Zappos and now these are the most comfortable shoes I own. |

| Simply the best shoe ever made. I have purchased this shoe for my son 5 times now. When I buy a new pair it is because he outgrew the previous pair, they are very durable. He has mildly flat feet and this shoe provides the needed support without expensive insoles. He wears them all day, in school and PE, he walks to and from home and special occasions. |

| I have had Rockport before, but the fit for me is the best. I have a somewhat wide foot and with this shoe a medium was just the perfect fit. I wish they had some other colors besides black and brown. And the service; I can not tell just how well I am treated when I call. Keep up the service and I will always use you guys. |

| Great shoe! My husband is a physician and is on his feet all day. He has worn this brand of shoe for years. Zappos' size selection is a life-saver. Originally ordered a size 14, but was too long. Was able to exchange for a 13 wide, which fit perfectly. Thank God for Zappos. I wouldn't have been able to find this size anywhere in Wichita. I've tried. |
