When badass shredder grrrrls look for a board that tears up the mountain, they reach for the Rome Blue Women's Snowboard. The Blue’s Pop.2 wood core matrix gives you incredible response and control when you blow down the steepest lines at lightning-fast speed. Rome added high-density wood along the Blue’s edges for increased control at rocket-fuel speeds. Rome's Straight Triax 30 Carbon Laminate helps stabilize the board and gives you enough flex and pop to hang with the boys in the park. The Blue's SinterSpeed base and factory wax by Bluebird delivers enough glide to dust the permafrost off the mountain and lay fresh lines in pow.
With more power than a nuclear-fueled freight train, the Rome Women's Blue Snowboard gives you the speed and flex you need to bomb the entire mountain. The Superpop Core Matrix combined with LDC Technology offers you more snap than a grand-daddy turtle while locking your edges for super-carves on the groomers. Impact Plates absorb your cliff-drops and park stomps, and the Mountain Bevel lets you dodge trees, slay pow, and slash hard pack with ease.

| This board is my favorite, so much my favorite that I own the 2006-2007 and I just picked up this model (08-09)! Not an entry level board by any means. It can handle anything, it's aggressive and amazing for carving. A little more effort and reaction time needed for quick turns in the trees as it is a little stiffer torsionally, but if you're looking at this board, you can probably handle it. If not, get a smooth-flexing entry level board and make sure it's a Rome :) Longitudinal flex allows for easy ollies, 180's and plenty of pop. Stable on jump landings too and I beat it up a little on rails. If you want to get real buttery, get the Rome Detail or Lo-Fi. All around great ride for intermediate to advanced women and forces you to progress. I've gotten so much more confidence in my riding in 2 years, that I can't imagine how I'll be riding in 2 more on these boards. I'm probably going to be owning a Rome park board soon just because I love them and I'm sure it will stand up to the abuse like the Blue has oh and the Rome Madisions' go great with this board! | |

| I bought this board at the end of this season '09 and it was pretty much the most amazing thing. Looking at boards all year I am so glad I chose this one. Even wearing it in my living room it popped me like a trampoline! I took it to the bird and it was soo fast I could barely keep up with it, even though I was strapped in. Met some dudes on the hill and they all said, "You're pretty good for a girl." Aww shucks fellas, just because I'm faster that you!!!! Great response and pop off any lip. Light weight and holds it own. Go shred it up! | |

| Aside from beating my ragged old men's board like a red-headed stepchild, my Rome Blue is super responsive with a great carve and nice pop. I got last year's version of this board, and I am completely thrilled with it. I can't compare it to any other women's boards, but compared to other boards I've ridden it has prefect flex and does just as well (if not better) in deep pow. | |
