| Elios Mid XCR review - I have hiked and run all my life. I am 70 years old. Therefore, I must have good comfortable shoes. The Soloman Elios Mid XCR is by far the best, most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I bought a pair, tried them, and then bought another pair. I have been wearing Soloman hiking boots many years and have been very satisfied, but the Elios XCR is the best yet! If I knew I would live to be a 100 years old, I would just buy 10 pairs!!! | |

| Salomon Elios Mid XCR - Great boot! Performed well on the first hike, i.e.: no blisters! Felt a little narrow at first, but seems to be forming to my foot quite nicely. This is a man's boot - I am female and do a lot of high country hiking and back packing - foot comfort is a must! I usually wear a women's size 10, but the men's size 9 just seems to do better in a boot. I love Zappos! | |

| Great fitting lightweight boots - These are great boots for non-rocky trails only. I recommend them for shorter day hikes with light packs over smooth trails. I like them so much I purchased two pair of the low cut Elios shoes for everyday use. They are the best fitting footwear I have ever owned. | |

| Too Narrow - I’ve been wearing Salomon Extend Mid XCR boots and they are the most comfortable hiking boots I’ve ever owned. The Elios looked like an upgraded version of the Extend so I got a pair. The Elios was too narrow, which made it uncomfortable. I returned them and got another pair of the Extend from Zappos, fortunately before they were all gone as they appear to be discontinued. Zappos is great, ordered the Extend after 8:00 pm and had them the next day! | |
