The ONE

Rating:*****

This is my second pair of this shoe. The first pair was purchased 2 years ago in a surf shop in Oceanside, CA when they were first in stores. Since then it has been my beach shoe, boating shoe, camping shoe, dating shoe, office shoe, on the way to the slopes shoe. It has been in 3 countries with me and I still wear the original pair when I don't care about trashing what is on my feet. I bought a second pair because I recently walked 4 miles in the old pair and the soul has worn thin enough that I got blisters. I put the new pair on and walked the same stretch without feeling a thing. Sanuk is all I wear now. all my other shoes have not been out of the closet for a very long time.

Sanuks are amazingly versatile, but problematic when used as a casual shoe.

Rating:****

Stink. That's the first thing you'll notice when you where Sanuks around the house. They're designed to be a casual shoe, and their style testifies to this purpose. Our Sanuks have stood silent in the closet until we haphazardly threw them on for a river trip. Amazing! They suddenly were removed from the stinky useless shoe pile and have become man's best friend (almost). They proved their value when we went trekking in Iceland, and were forced to cross multiple frigid glacier melt rivers. No slips or mishaps, very packable and the river took away their awful stench.

In short, do not buy this shoe for around town use. Sand and sweat make for unpleasant foot butter (made famous by Chacos). Do buy this shoe for rivers and unexpected adventures in glacial streams.

Badass Sandals

Rating:*****

I bought one of the first models of the Sanuk sandal shoes, and they lasted me 2 years before I threw it away and got one of these new ones in black. They lack arch's and cant be considered a shoe in any means so dont expect to walk down steep hills, or do things you would normally do in a shoe. Ive worn mine to the beach, at the gym when I lift weights, to cancun, to Las Vegas. For the last 4 months I think the only thing Ive worn on my feet outside have been these sandals. They hold up really good and are comfortable on your arch's once you get them worn in. Buy them one size smaller then what you wear and they will fit.

cracked leather sanuk cruisers!

Rating:****

Man these shoes might look weird, but they are probably the most comfortable things Ive put on my feet in my life. It is advised to order a size smaller on account the shoes stretch after a few weeks of serious wear. but they are a dream. everything you love about the freedom of a sandal with the coverage of a shoe. the vent holes keep your bare feet cool and allow water to pass in and out, QUITE REFRESHING. My only downfall is that I slid down a steep steep hill of dirt and gravel the 3rd day out with them. They're slippery little buggers when wet. I am ordering another pair though, only canvas upper instead of leather. SANUK's are GREAT

Worth the dough

Rating:*****

I bought the Vagabonds first and gave them to a friend b/c they were a bit tight - I figured tighter might be better so I went a size smaller. Don't do that. So then I got these b/c they looked sturdier. They are. I really like how easy they go on and off. They are great for stepping into when getting out of a wetsuit b/c you can step down on the backs like sandals w/o buggering their shape. They are as comfortable as flip flops and great for driving long distances b/c they have 0 sidewards toe scrunch. I wear these whenever I go surfing and I'd buy em again fo sho.

Almost naked.. feet.

Rating:****

Comparable to walking around in your bare feet in terms of comfort. Slight elastic feeling throughout and highly flexible. Styling is more on the casual side and the brown color is lighter than it appears. Wear a size 8.5 in most shoes, bought 9's and have about a finger width of space in the toes. Just enough for a pair of socks on a chillier spring or fall day. No socks? Still plenty comfortable without the clamminess you would get going barefoot in a skate / running shoe.

Do it all in the Sanuk Cruiser's

Rating:*****

Suuuper comfortable with classic Sanuk style. I wear these as a light approach shoe when climbing, as well as around town with jeans for a unique and classy look. The 'leather' stands up to water well so I even slip them on when I go to the beach to surf. Overall, a great multi-purpose piece of footwear for quite a reasonable price. I will be buying more Sanuk's in the future.

great shoe

Rating:*****

very comfortable out of the box. would recommend going down a size though. i wear 8.5 or 9 in most shoes and the 8 fits perfect. if you have wider feet you might want to size up. highly recommend and would definitely buy another pair. great company to buy from and shipping was on time.

Love 'em

Rating:*****

Speaking for my boyfriend, he really loves them. I mean really. Says he feels light & fast like an action hero. Only downside, gets a little stinky, but what do you expect when you don't wear socks? I think the size runs true.

Ok I wore these out and my friends asked when I got style. So look like you give two shakes about your looks without caring. I actually bought them for a wedding but they are so comfy that you'll wanna rock them everyday.

These might be comfortable, but the material and construction are much cheaper than they look in the photos online. I returned mine without ever wearing them.
