| The extra padding under the heel is better than the shoe insoles that you buy in the store that you would add to your regular shoes. I don't know why but they give a black shoe lace and a red shoe lace and overlap them using the same holes. I didn't even know how to tie them together. I ended up taking both of them out and using my own kind which looks better | |
