- 4mm heel-to-toe drop offers a responsive fit that keeps your feet feeling connected to the ground (measurement excludes strobel boards and sockliners)

- Ultralight, breathable uppers feature thin nylon mesh and bonded thermoplastic urethane overlays to lock your feet in place throughout the gait cycle

Fast trail shoe
I've been impressed with these trail shoes. Use saucony both on the road and trail. These shoes are a bit narrow midfoot. However, they did stretch out after a 10 miles on the trail. I use them on single track in northern wisconsin. Would not recommend these on rocky terrain. Not enough protection. They are perfect for cross country trails and dirt single track. Very fast shoe, would buy again.
