The Schiek? 1000 DLS dowel series lifting strap consists of a 6-in long nylon/acrylic strap with a special die-cut rubber dowel for a quicker grip. The dowel acts as a wedge between the hand and the bar.

| This is an overall great product. It's heavy-duty and it doesn't hurt your wrists or slip. This wrist support works great because the dowel is simply wedged between your hand and the bar. It also isn't an inconvenience like wrap-around kinds I have tried. | |
