SMITH HOMMES PHENOM BLACK RED TRUE TYPE SMITH RED SOL-X MIRROR (Ref: M006339JD99C1)

I used these for a full season in Australia. The Smith Phenom just will not fog. Through bluebird days & freezing blizzards the goggles stayed clear as could be. The Phenoms have awesome clarity & are extremely comfy. Other goggles I've owned in the past have either pinched my nose or irritated my face but I can wear the Phenom all day with no prob. The only issue I had was that the head strap comes out of the plastic adjuster clips a little too easily when adjusting the strap size.
I would definitely recommend the Phenom to anybody!

I just got back from four days of awesome skiing. Three at Winter Park and one at Steamboat Springs. Three days of temps in the low 40's and one cold cloudy snowy day. These goggle preformed great. NEVER fogged once. We skied over 90 miles according to ski trax. Hit it very hard in the warm weather and zero fogging. Last season my Anon Figments fogged constantly. Not these. I used the Red Solex mirror lens for the bright sun and the Gold Sensor Mirror for the cloudy, snowy day. Great vision.

Mark McDonnell at Backcountry.com on 03/11/2012

Clean, classic simple lines on this goggle. Smith optics are top notch. So far Green Sol X has been a great lens for long bright spring days. Ignitor mirror is surprisingly comfortable on bright days as well, even though it seems to transmit a lot of light. Haven't really had any flat light to test lenses in yet.
I did have to pick up a helmet helper to make the strap comfortable on my helmet. It was cheap, but not so easy to find.
Happy with this purchase.

Joe at Backcountry.com on 05/12/2012

Been wearing these for a full season now. Have the black with blue sensor which are great for low and mid light conditions. Fit perfectly around my Bolle helmet and within the helmet opening. Peripheral vision is awesome although if this is a concern for you, go with the i/o's. This is my third pair of Smiths and love these Phenoms. Did try on a bunch of Oakleys but the fit and styling was not right. Love Oakley sunglasses but Smith goggles fit just right.

Ron H at Backcountry.com on 12/13/2012

These goggles are great and look good also. I bought a darker replacement lens and my only complaint is that it is not easy to switch out the lenses. If you want more than one lens and have the extra cash, I would recommend upgrading to a goggle that is easier to change out. Otherwise, totally happy.

These are PHENOMenal

I bought the Phenom and absolutely love them. My vision is completely clear and it provides a super large field of vision, with minimal blind spots. They are super comfy on my face I had no pressure points. Plus best of all the venting on these goggles is off the charts, I had zero fogging!
Black Diamond Dave at Skis.com on 10/10/2012

This is a great goggle for the price. The ventilation on this pair of goggles is great. Fits with a helmet well and also works well with just a beanie. I recommend this goggle to anyone looking for a great goggle without wanting to break the bank.

Andrew Swindle at Backcountry.com on 03/06/2013

I can see clearly now...

These goggles are worth every penny. The Phenom's provide an excellent fit on my face and don't fog. They provide an excellent field of vision and the lens tint is perfect for most days. The strap adjusts easily to fit over hats and my helmet.
Ski Instructor Jim at Skis.com on 09/09/2012

Great googley moogley these goggles rock

Very comfortable and clear. I give 4/5 because I have not used them yet other than to chase around the cats as there is no snow. They fir great and feel like they will offer a comfortbale fit all day long.
