Great Backpacking Kit | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| I bought this to take to Shenandoah with me to basically just heat up water. Worked great. Cup and spork ROCK! They're very light and cleanup is generic...just rinse and scrub a little. The stove is a bit crazy, though. The temperature control on mine was very sensitive going from butane lighter fire to flamethrower flames in a slight twist. Can't complain, though...heated up the water pretty darn quick. Definitely would recommend the cup and spork. I like how they all pack up into the cup. | |

Great Stove to have in pack | |

| Its a great stove to keep in my pack for Search and Rescue. Its not something I would always cook with, but its nice to have in my pack if I get called out at night and need to make dinner or a cup of coffee. Its light wait, small, and easy to use. I have used it about 12 times or so and only problem I have with it if I get above 10,000 feet. | |

Inconsitent Igniter | |
| Rating: | ![]() |
| This was highly recommended by the staff at REI. I read the reviews as mostly positive so I bought it locally at the Parkmeadows, CO store. The next day using the stove at 5400 ft above sealevel, 85 degrees, calm to light winds, the ignitor didn't work. I tried 10+ times and had to use a lighter. At times 5-8 clicks worked. I read the instructions before the trip then before and after using. [...] | |
