| Great support! I have really narrow feet and bought these for my sneakers. Heating them up and putting them in your shoes then standing for two minutes does give a pretty customized fit. They provide firm support, not soft and squishy, and have helped with my knee and hip problems. Since these are substantial insoles they won't work unless you have quite a bit of room in your shoe - definitely not for dress shoes. I love them. | |

| The sole inserts were a great buy and do what I needed them to do. I was having great pain on the ball of my foot and they have completely solved the problem. I would recommend them to anyone with feet problems. The arch support is great if you need help there as well. | |

| Not exactly what I expected - I have terrible plantar fasciitis, and was looking for insoles I could use with casual and dress shoes. These are thick enough that they really work best with my running shoes. Had I known that I probably wouldn't have bought them. More important, and this was a huge surprise, YOU HAVE TO COOK THEM! That's right -- you put them in a 225-degree oven for a couple of minutes, then slip them in your shoes, then put the shoes on and stand still for two minutes. That does give them a custom fit, and it wasn't difficult -- just surprising. If you don't have an oven, choose another product! | |
