| Insole Placement - The inserts are helping with the soreness of my Metatarsal. However, if your shoe is not the exact size of the insert, it is hard to get the insert the right size. It would be nice if there was some kind of lines to help with cutting the insert to the right size. (I have shoes where the insole does not come out.) | |

| Great on your feet - I put these insoles in my shoes and I felt like I was walking on air. I have plantar fasciitis and these are great for my feet. My podiatrist recommended them and they are great! | |

| Just okay - I thought these greatly improved the comfort of some old shoes, but then I bought a new pair of running shoes and found I didn't need them at all! If you've got a pair of general use shoes (not for serious workouts) that need a little boost in comfort, these are good. | |

| Just OK - They are a little heavy. Not as much cushioning as I expected, but they do seem to help with relieving pain in the metatarsal area. | |
