| While gel insoles are great they don't last as long as other insoles (the gel wears out). But most regular insoles don't give as much support as gel insoles. These Spenco, Polysorb insoles are fabulous. I'm a costumer and have issued many insoles out to my actors throughout the years and these, by far, get me the best feedback. I have actors and performers of all different sizes wearing these insoles for various amounts of time doing activity from a couple of hours of standing and sitting to being on their feet all day doing stunts and they all love these insoles. | |
