Affordable orthotics - 14 months ago I tore the meniscus in my left knee because of prescribed orthotics. After knee surgery it was recommended I try orthotics again but my daughter suggested I try Spenco's Q Factor insoles instead. Not only are they significantly less expensive than prescription orthotics but they feel wonderful and take minimum breaking in time. You cannot go wrong using these comfortable insoles in any low-heeled shoe. If you've bought Merrell shoes with the Q Factor insole you can save money by buying the Spenco's insoles and moving them shoe to shoe as needed instead of buying Merrell's.

My joints love these insoles - There are many good insoles that help your feet feel comfortable. But these really do make a difference in your alignment. I can feel it when I stand, even though I can't explain it. My hip with degenerative arthritis, my knees, and my ankles all feel good with these in my shoes. I've recommended them to several friends.

The BEST shoe inserts ever!!!!!! I have had heel spurs for some time and these inserts relieve my pain. I even made it through a 4 day trip to Disneyworld with no feet problems. Everyone else in my group was complaining of tired, achy feet. My feet felt wonderful. I have tried a lot of shoe inserts but these are by far the best!!!!!!!!

Have used Spenco insoles for about 25+ years, and the recently purchased Q-factor Spenco insoles have provided a totally care-free walk with no hurt joints. Years ago, the right lateral meniscus was completely removed (the last year surgeons did that (now they just shave the tear!), which destabilized my entire musculo-skeletal system. These are better than Super Feet!! These are a super treat!

Using these in my walking sneakers. This year (age 50) I began to put orthotic inserts in my sneakers. I ordered these, never having used this brand before and am satisfied. My feet pronate and one foot has a Morton's neuroma. These definitely help. I pulled out the insole that came with the sneakers and inserted these. I can walk very comfortably now.

Great products - I have not used these yet, but I have used their products for several years & love them. My feet used to really hurt after being on them for hours, these really help a lot.

Good support - These offer a good amount of support for my flat feet, without being too overpowering and hard like some orthotics can be. My only complaint would be that they are a bit narrow.

Spenco Q factor - Good support and cushioning for narrow toe boxes in shoes or wide feet. Probably not enough support for hiking or work boots. Price cannot be beat.

Great foot comfort - This is the second time I've bought these, I've worn out my first 2 pairs. They really can make a sub-standard shoe comfortable for the day.

Very good insole - I go through about 2 pairs of these per pair of running shoes (every 400 miles or so) - good, solid insole with some arch support.
