Best insoles! I bought these about two months ago to try due to pain in my left foot (plantar fasciitis). I had used Spenco products in the past with great results, and decided to try these new insoles. I am so glad I did, as soon as I put them in my shoes (New Balance 620s) the pain diminished. Within a week of using these, my foot pain was gone! I have been wearing them in every pair of shoes I have, and have even been to several air shows with lots of walking on concrete all day. Though my feet are tired at the end of a day like that, the pain has not returned. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And Zappos service is the best!

I have had a rough 10 months dealing with plantar fasciitis. In addition to doctors, physical therapy, etc., I have tried several different kinds of insoles, including SuperFeet and custom made ones (these were horrible, painful to my arch). I have also spent a fortune on shoes, with varying degrees of lasting comfort and success. No single thing has helped my condition, but I am happy to report that these Spenco Total Support insoles are the best of the lot. They have the right amount of arch support, a nice built in heel cup type thing, and of course, the comfortable padding which Spenco is known for. Wish I had found these first, as I would have saved some money!

Unbelievable Comfort - I have suffered from ankle pain for the past three months and after a visit to my podiatrist to correct my orthotic, I decided to try the Spenco Total Support. Upon arrival I immediately put them in my shoes and when I took my first step I could not believe the comfort and support I felt. For the first time in months I was able to walk normally, without any pain. However, as time goes on the pain is slowly returning which lets me know that the problem is beyond this support item. I can still recommend the Spenco Total Support for those in need of immediate pain-relieving inserts and with less complicated problems.

I have almost no arch and ordered these based on the other reviews. They are easily trimmable. I wear a size 9.5 athletic shoe and they are a little wide for the shoe, so they do squeak when I walk from the rubbing of the insole against the shoe; however, I really only use them in the gym so that doesn't bother me. They provided strong arch support that, for me, hit in the right place on my foot. They also didn't take up so much room in the shoe that there was no room left for my foot -- also good.

Great for hiking too! Wow, these are awesome. I bought a pair of Five Ten trail runners and, after going on a 22 mile hike in them, I found that the insoles were nothing more than shaped paper and my feet were KILLING me. So, I acquired these, even though they aren't technically for hiking. Well, I broke em in and took them on another hike. WOW! They rock! After another endurance hike I had absolutely NO discomfort. I could have done another 10 miles probably. Awesome insoles!

My feet are in Heaven - I have other Spenco products but these insoles are the very best by far. I stand on concrete floors all day and my feet are so supported and comfy now due to the great arch support and soft material these are made of. They are firm enough to do the job but comfortable enough to wear all day. Love that Zappos site!!

Simply the BEST!! I have the flattest of feet. Overpronate terrible! These are the best period! They last and last and don't break down. I love them. I have plantar fasciitis and this is the insert my Dr. recommended. Now no more pain. Also, this insert has prevented me from breaking down my shoes so fast. That makes them double, worth every penny.

The best insert I've tried yet. I've used these insoles for a couple of weeks now, and I love them. I'm approaching 50 years old, I'm much heavier than I should be, and I'm trying to keep up a walking program. The bottom line is that my feet hurt a lot with the wrong shoes. These are fantastic, but pricy.

A Shoe Saver! These insoles helped save an otherwise very uncomfortable pair of shoes. The more I wear them, the more I'm convinced of this. Well worth the money, especially with all the problems I seem to have with my feet, including the need for additional arch support.

Best support - I have to have a good insole and this one is great. I am flat footed and have to stand on a cement floor for ten hours. I give this one five stars and recommend these insoles to anyone.
