| Deck shoe - I read the other reviews and thought I'd give these a try. As one said, they have a strong odor. It goes away after a few days of wearing them. This pair has a clicking noise as I walk. It comes from the heels. They fit nice, but are somewhat tight across the front of my feet right where the laces end. As a boat captain, I am on my feet a lot. I keep them on up to 12 to 14 hours at a time. I'm a big man and need a good sturdy shoe. I'm ok with these, but have had better at a much lesser price. | |

| Good Shoe - I've been wearing this shoe for about 2 months. Very comfortable right out of the box. I like the fact it's a boat shoe in the form of a sneaker. Extremely light weight due to there being no leather. Zappos was so fast, I ordered the shoes at noon one day and they arrived at noon the next day. Great service. | |

| Bought for my husband - I have only had great experiences with buying shoes online for my self, however I tried this shoe for my husband and he normally wears a 12 wide. The shoe was too tight, and felt a size too small. Returned to try a 13 W. Hope it works! | |

| Shoes were stiff and difficult to put on at first, but are better now that I\'ve adjusted and worn them a few times. They lack the ventilation of previous TopSiders, so I do not use them in very warm weather, but comfortable otherwise. By the way, Zappo\'s service is amazing. | |

| These are a very good pair of shoes that I would recommend to anybody who needs good arch support. I use them for offshore fishing and I also run cross-country in them. They fit great and look good. Happy fishing and remember never bring bananas on a fishing trip! | |

| I tried another brand of shoe from Zappos and they did not fit. Zappos was true to their word and provided fast, excellent service on the return. I then tried these shoes and they seemed fine when I got them. The size is perfect. However, after wearing them for a few weeks, the left shoe is very uncomfortable around the heel. I have tried different inserts and different socks and the shoe is still painfully uncomfortable under my left heel. I thought it might be my foot, but I am fine in bare feet or any of the other shoes I already own. I can't really return them at this point because they do show signs of wear. I am not really sure why the left shoe is so uncomfortable; is it a manufacturing defect or is it something else? I really can't wear them for more than 30 minutes of time on my feet. Again, I find no fault with Zappos, but I may be careful before I buy another pair of Top-Siders. | |

| Size offerings too limited - Sperry and New Balance are one company. New Balance has made a mark by featuring wide and extra wide shoes. Sperry has not. I am trying to make my extra wide foot comfortable by stretching a wide shoe, a little at a time. Not so good so far. | |
