Sportshealth Products SPORTSHEALTH Power Putty Exerciser Reviews:

Positive Reviews:

Dark blue power putty

Just started gym climbing and got this to work on the fingers, hand, and forearms.

Pros:
It really does help. You work muscles you never knew you had. It's simple, comes with clear instructions for 12 different exercises to start with (of course, you can come up with your own). Small, portable in its case (have it with me all the time), and fun / addictive to use.

Cons:
Hands feel a little somewhat greasy from the silicone material, but not a problem.

Good Product

I bought this for my brother as a gift, and so far so good. It comes with a list of exercises, but as someone already mentioned, the possibilities really are limitless.

My only advice is that if you are just starting to develop hand strength, consider getting one of the easier colors. I went with dark green, and it really is tough to use.

Putty is not just a kids toy!

this product i great, it's quiet, easy to use, and very easy to store. i use it all the time, even bring it to work because i can stuff it away in my pocket and it's very quiet. it really helped create much more strength in my hand and forearm muscles and right out of the package you see the difference when using this product.

Excellent Product

I'm really impressed by this putty. I ordered both the green and blue to help with my deteriorating hand strength, and find the blue perfect for my current abilities. Green is indeed quite firm (too firm for casual users), but I look forward to getting back to my old self.

wow

i have the green and it's a challenge no matter how much you use it. it's always a work out. even harder when the putty gets cold. i use it everyehere and it's quiet. woth the money and it works from the elbow to the finger tips.

excellent exercise

this stuff is great to use. there are endless possibilities for exercise. i bought the green and the blue. i prefer the blue for most hand opening exercises and the green for hand closing exercises.

Turns to Mush!

So this Putty thing was something I purchased to get my figers going on those smaller holds and it was helpful while it lasted helpful. Unfortunately it turned to mush within a couple of weeks and I threw it away once it started sticking to everything around it. Unfortunately the EMS store would not give me a new one without actually seeing the old mushed version which was in the trash at that point.

turned to mush.

i liked the stuff a lot for the first couple days but after about a week of using it i noticed it was getting softer and softer until one day i opened up the container and it was nearly a liquid. when i touched it it stuck all over my hands but i was able to swap it out at my local ems store which was cool

Silly Putty

Sticks all over everything, including fingernails, and leaves a filmy feeling on your hands when your done. Basically just silly putty, was disappointing.
