SRAM Cassette OG-1070

Cycling > CassettesRated: ***** by 1 review.

RealCyclist.com

SRAM removed unnecessary material from every possible part of the OG-1070 Cassette to give you a lighter piece with smoother, faster shifting. This 10-speed SRAM cassette lets you take full advantage of your gruppo, so you won’t wonder why your bank-breaking derailleur and lever setup doesn’t shift the way you want it to.

OG-1070, Great cassette that keeps your wallet fat

Rating:*****

I have been running a couple of these OG 1070 cassettes for the last year and I love them. Compared to the PC-1070 the shifts are noticably faster because of the assemetical teeth. I am not seeing any wear at all on the cassette after a couple tousand miles, I do keep my drivetrain clean. The cassette is relatively light but it would be nice to not have that extra 50 grams commpared to the SRAM Red cassette (OG-1090).

The bottom line for me is the price is nice on the 1070 and I was able to buy two 1070 cassettes for the price of one 1090. Just couldn't justify that.
