With all the recent ice this winter, and I had already fallen twice, a friend of my husband's and other people at my job recommended stabilicers. The first morning that I wore them, the parking lot at work was an ice skating rink. I can tell you that I was still a little scared of trying to navigate over the ice. But as I began to walk it became apparent that the stabilicers were wonderful!! I felt confident and secure with each step. I couldn't wait to tell everyone at work -- I love them. Thank you.

I hike daily through the Virginia Mountains near Virginia City, Nevada. My routes take me over steep dirt roads and cross country covered by snow and ice. Stabilicers allow me to maintain my footing on snow and ice with no difficulty. I have tried other products, but they break after about a week of use. Stabilicer is the only product that provides me with the stability and durability that I need.

I fell on ice while walking and got hurt badly-my son gave me a pair of cleats that stretched over your shoes but you walked on the rubber and they weren't compatible with high lugs on boot heels-had a short life but the stabilizers have their own sole with replaceable tips when they wear down--walk on ice with confidence now-probably could even dance on the ice

I bought these for myself and for my father last winter, and they arrived from Cabela's really quickly. I live in NC, so we don't have as much of an opportunity to use them as someone who lives up North, but after inspecting the quality I feel that they will last us at least a decade of occasional use.
