| I love this machine because it can also be used as a rehab device for lower extremity injury. You will feel your core muscle tighten after the second consecutive day of usage but I recommend daily use. I find that the DVDs are incapable of fast forwarding so you always have to play the entire DVD instead selecting a particular starting point. | |

| My biggest complaints are lack of **any** response from the manufacturer's customer support phone line OR website -and- the fact that a floor mat is required **or the machine will damage the floor** and this is an additional purchase ranging from $50 - $150 depending on the type of mat you purchase. Nothing tells you that a mat is required until you are in the midst of setting up the machine, this factoid is written on one of the parts of the machine. Of course something this size is difficult to return, therefore you probably are stuck with it. | |
