Positive recommendation

Pleased with unit good workout for arms and shoulders. Had both rotator cuffs operated on. So far this seems to help along with arm and shoulder stretching exercises. Good low impact exercise. Really gets the heart pumping while working legs. Would recommend to anyone who needs to work shoulders and arms after surgery. Obviously follow doctors advise. Takes a little getting use to using the tension adjustment but not a problem. Previously used a Sci Fit Pro II 6400 that was a bit noisy but both units are adjustable and can fit almost any body size. Good deal for the price as you will find its difficult to find this type of exerciser. Most do not have the rotating peddle type for the arms and shoulders a this unit does.
