NOTE: This product works only with the pre-2008 Foot POD; it does not work with thenew, 2008 Foot POD.
Don't let the wind, rain, or snow prevent you from making the most of your Suunto t-Series training watch.
The elements can play havoc on your Suunto Foot POD. Rain, snow, and dirt have been known to disrupt the signal of your Foot POD, and can even cause damage to the device itself. This add-on encases Suunto's running speed and distance measuring device in an element-proof shell that will protect your POD and prevent signal disruption, no matter what kind of harsh environmental effects you've chosen to run through.
Note: This is a "jacket" or "case" for your Suunto Foot POD, it does not include a Foot POD. This is a replacement jacket......one is included with all Foot POD purchases.
You accidentally kicked your Foot POD against a rock on your last run and broke the jacket, so get a replacement Suunto Foot POD Jacket before your next day on the trail. Your Suunto POD takes a beating on the rocky trails around your home, but the Foot POD Jacket keeps it protected while you ramp up your fitness.

this is the worst designed foot pod attachment i've ever used. i have lost 2 t6 footpods with this attachment. it is supposed to stay on via rubber tension. but if you run trail or mud it's bound to come off. no doubt. i've kicked it off in the middle of a 50km race after a couple miles of moderate bushwhacking... there goes $100. i've also stepped in mud in the cascade mountains that almost took my shoe off. i saved the shoe, but the foot pod was gone forever. this thing sucks. | |
