The Suunto Road Bike POD measures the movement of you bicycle's wheels to gauge your speed and measure the distance you've traveled. It turns your Suunto wrist top fitness computer into a wireless biking computer, measuring your current average speed, and provides a distance alarm once you have passed certain pre-set thresholds - making all of your biking expeditions more efficient and your self-performance assessments much more accurate. The sensor attaches to the hub lever / skewer and a magnet attached to the spokes. (Note: The Road Bike POD is not usable with bicycles that have an axis over 20mm. If your's is over 20mm you should check out the Suunto Universal Bike POD.)

| This is a great addition to your Suunto heart rate monitor. It is very easy to set up and easier to use. It stays in contact with your monitor at all times. The provided handlebar mount works well. I would imagine it could flex to fit almost any handlebar. | |

| The POD itself works quite well and is convenient to use. However, when changing the battery it is very easy to over tighten it and break off the pieces that lock the lid down. It doesn't take much. | |

| Works well and connects quickly with my T3. BUT, the battery cover suddenly popped off one day because two of the three prongs holding it in place simply snapped off. Suprisingly, it still works with athletic tap wrapped around holding the battery cover on. | |
