Positive Reviews:

good for overhand serve development

Rating:*****
We bought this for my 12-year-old daughter to work on her overhand serve technique. She used it throughout the summer and now her overhand serves are making it over the net. She really thought this was helpful.

Negative Reviews:

not what you would expect

Rating:*
i thought this volleyball pal would be fun but once i got home and tried it, it's not what you'd expect.. maybe it's just me but i was expecting more out of it..

i dont really need any practice with setting, passing, hitting, or serving but i thought this would be fun and helpful but it's just not what you'd expect out of it
